ONE.

If we could listen in to the world’s prayers

we would hear OURS.

If we could read people’s mind’s we would hear

our THOUGHTS.

If we could look through someone’s eyes

we would see OURSELVES.

If we could love another

we would love our own HEART.

But yet we see ourselves as separate.

We feel alone.

Isolated.

What if I told you that your heart’s desires

mirrors mine?

What if I told you that your fears,

are the same ones that keep me up at night?

Would you believe me if I told you that my tears taste like yours?

Would you weep for me?

Would you protect me as you protect yourself?

Would you love me as your sister?

Would you?

Would you feel less lonely.

Less afraid?

Less sad?

The one thing that has surprised me the most from reading

thousands of emails from all of you, is that you write about the

same losses.

The same heartbreaks.

The same fears.

The same obstacles.

And you write my own story too.

Don’t you see we are all ONE

One soul reflecting on EACH OTHER.

If you want to see what I see, start sharing what’s inside.

Starting with your truth.

All of a sudden you will find people coming closer to you.

Recognizing you for the first time.

Seeing themselves in your thoughts.

And you seeing your own reflection back.

My words are yours.

My thoughts you THINK.

My love you FEEL.

My heart you HAVE.

My reflection you reflect BACK.

Because we are writing this together, one thought, one love, one life

and one heart.

May this holiday season connect you with the world more than isolate you.
